It’s increasingly becoming a familiar story, but Alex Foxen has done it again, winning another Super High Roller tournament.
This time, it took a stunning final table comeback. The former college football player conquered Saturday’s final table in Las Vegas to claim the Poker Masters title in the $10,100 No-Limit Texas Hold’em event, winning $272,000. Alex defeated a field of 109 entrants to take home the largest share of the $1,090,000 prize pool in the sixth event of the series. Ultimately, he overtook reigning world champion Michael Mizrachi in the famed PGT 2025 rankings.

Six players returned to the final table on Saturday, with Martin Zamani leading the way. However, Foxen and Andrew Lichtenberger were still in strong positions, both proving decisive in the final stages. Foxen lost part of his stack early, while Lichtenberger, known as «Lucky Chewy,» took some of Zamani’s chips and then further boosted his stack at the expense of Bin Weng, who exited in sixth place for $55,000.
The $272,000 victory Poker Masters gave Foxen over $53 million in career live tournament earnings. He won his 10th PGT title.
